2. Degree selection – because of the refraction in the underwater, we recommend to choose a lower degree than the usual -50–100 degree, not higher than the usual degree.

Fitting Instructions:
1. Open the straps using the quick release.
2. Press the goggles to your eyes creating a comfortable seal.
3. Clip the quick release clasp closed.
4. Adjust the strap as needed using the buttons located on the clasp.
5. Avoid touching the insides of the lenses as this can damage the anti-fog coating.
6. Rinse in clean water after use, shake dry and store in the protective case.
How to choose your myopic swim goggles
-Our prescription swim goggles have 11 level of myopic degreeand due to swimming goggles are differ from standard corrective glass, there will be 0.5 deviation
-For instance, swimmer who has -2.5 on left and -3.5 on right can choose -3.0 ones-2.0 on both left and right can choose -1.5 ones
-In other words, a little lower than normal glasses
