Use instructions:
Take special care when putting on or removing the goggles.
To clear water or to adjust goggles, take a firm grip on eyes cup and tilt lower edge of eyes cup away from face.
Pull the strap with both hands,Then put on goggles firmly from the back of your head by holding the frame.
Never pull eyes cup away from face they may spring back and cause eye damage.
In every rare case, lengthy use of the goggles may cause skin problems, If this happen,you should stop using the goggles.
