3. Avoid touching or wiping the inside of the lenses unless the anti fog coating will be damaged. We had have a test: We put our swimming goggles in the clean water and then the anti fog coating began to fall out after 72 hours. The effect of the anti fog coating will be wear off over time and use frequency, and in fact that is a problem with any goggles. Therefore, we suggest you to use anti-fog spray to help you to maintain your goggle.
